Formerly part of the award winning Beach Lodge Hotel, Beach Lodge Bedrooms offers three premium bedrooms for a relaxing seafront stay in Mablethorpe.
Each bedroom has been individually designed and decorated in a modern, comfortable style with their own private, first floor access through their sea view sitting room, with stunning sea views and beach access.
Lake View
Our Lake View Room, with two large west facing windows, offering views over the boating lake at Queens Park. This is a double room with a small shower room en-suite.
View Room
Terrace Room
Our Terrace Room, having private access to the west facing roof terrace with outside seating; views over the boating lake and a path to the sea front. This is a king size room with shower room en-suite.

Sea View
Our Sea View Room, with French doors opening out onto the sea front, offering spectacular, uninterrupted sea views. This is a double room with small shower room en-suite.

We offer accommodation for adults only and we are unable to accept pets.
Our rooms are on the first floor and are only accessed by an outside sloping path and steps.
Parking
There is one car parking space available per room, costing £1 per car per night. If you have a larger vehicle or need to bring two cars, please use the council car park across the road.
Guests should be aware that their vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner's risk. We are not liable for any loss, or damage to vehicles.
Arrival/Departure
Check in time is 3pm. On arrival please proceed to our first floor entrance where your key will be located in your room's key safe (codes will be issued prior to your arrival).
Check out time is 10.30am
Accessibility
Unfortunately we cannot offer wheelchair access as we only have three available bedrooms and they are all on the first floor. Access to the bedrooms is not through the ground floor of the property, but by an external path and staircase. This access is slightly uneven in places but there is a handrail for your convenience. If you would like help with your luggage please choose that option when booking, indicating your time of arrival, so that someone is available to help.

Please take out holiday insurance to cover your payment in the unlikely event that you should need to cancel, as payments are non-refundable.
